Organization has very good leadership at top level.

Dislikes

Ground level team is terrible. Not only my team almost all RM level guys are same excluding 1,2 RMs. Ground level managers are have sick mentality. They are least bothered about human. I'm sure these people can kill the organization.

1. People here are very nosy and want to know every details of your personal life. 2. Management team doesn't get to know about the struggles of site team. 3. Guest house facilities not provided. 4. Too much work load if compared with salary
