The opportunity to travel around India mostly and to explore during layover. Salary is on time always. It's a safe place for women and 5 star hotel accommodation for layovers are great.

- You would hate to go to the base since they treat you with fake smiles and humiliate you even for a small issue. - Lot of last min roster change and no work life balance. - No appreciation and rewards for hardwork. You will only be appreciated for unrealistic wow moments which is fake again - Promotion is based only on your leavesand wow moments. There are senior well versed crew with the same Designation for years. - Salary and increment will take time after 3 years you will regret thinking what I have done to my career and where else to join....Read More

Give warning letters even if u have genuine severe health issues and can kick out any employee any time . Biased . No appraisal or appreciation. No help from management during needs. Pathetic experience . Waste of career, time and mostly health.
