The best thing about indigo i like the most is that we get our salary on time or sometimes before time but its never gets delayed.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not at all good. To many 4 sector flight with minimum rest. No time for family at all as the schedule is very tight and hectic. Promotion process is not at all good.

The opportunity to travel around India mostly and to explore during layover. Salary is on time always. It's a safe place for women and 5 star hotel accommodation for layovers are great.

- You would hate to go to the base since they treat you with fake smiles and humiliate you even for a small issue. - Lot of last min roster change and no work life balance. - No appreciation and rewards for hardwork. You will only be appreciated for unrealistic wow moments which is fake again - Promotion is based only on your leavesand wow moments.
