For my Overall Experience I can give a frown emoji, as the salary compares to the work we do is very less. And the work pressure is unbelievable.

The company training and soft spoken culture. Being polite and generous.

Most senior management do not think about starting level employees. Salary is really differentiating among ground airport ground department and other departments. Salary is really demotivating in comparison of the hard physical and mental awareness the ground staff puts in. The natureand sensitivity of the work done by ground staffs are really underrated. Management do think that the work a ground staff do is worth 16-17K excluding Travelling allowance only. On the other hand in flight staff gets 50-60k in the beginning itself as they put risk their life on risk. However the risk for a ground staffs goes unseen and unrecognised. Kudos! IndiGo.
