I completed PGDM from Balaji institute of international business in marketing specialization. Company has recently started recruitment of MBA freshers since last one year before this the employees used to be hired based on their experience mostly they are graduate with work experience.

Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

In my team most of the employees are graduate and have vast experience in sales with different organisations. What i have discovered is that they are doing good job at giving desired growth to the organisation but when it comes to knowledge they lack somewhere. Some can't even write English.

Work Details

I am designated as senior sales officer. I look after Durg district which is in Chattisgarh. Responsible for sales & collection.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
