The company works in a very friendly environment. Mostly focused on learning and developing new IT solutions and projects. Senior Management is very approachable and understand the concerns raised from the employees. Freshers are given better opportunity to learn and prove themselves.

Dislikes

Sometimes due to multiple projects, project team or consultants have to work extensively for the delivery of the project.

Work Details

As a Project Manager, I have to assure the delivery and smooth execution of the ongoing projects. It also includes managing the whole project teams and getting the best out of them to deliver the project on time. Have to work closely with the Client also.

ICS has a very good working environment, mainly focusing on SAP and other ERP products for giving good business solution in real time and mediated by automation and technology. Here all employees are like family. Time to time there are new challenges/task assigned to all employees, which I consider as an opportunity for learning something new every time.
