I have 5 years bad experience. I lived in rampur and I have some family medical issues so I joined this company and stay here for last 5 years . Otherwise there are no one want to stay for a long while due to bad culture and office politics and low hike .

Dislikes

There is no increments and promotion on time , bad culture built by office politics and I have only Rs. 2300 as an increment in last 5 years . Office politics on a peak level. Professionalism is zero.

Manufacturing processes is very simple and no pressure in production.

Dislikes

Working culture is very poor, all work is manual process, Safety issues and overloading, no skilled manpower on ground.
