I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. ISRPL is a great place to work because working environment is very friendly, plant is almost maintenance free except scheduled cleaning activity. Annual increment is very good. There is a lot to learn from maintenance point of view.
