You have the job security. Higher payment. That's the ultimate advantage. The particular ratings are not for general railway jobs, it's particularly for Track Machines Department.

Salary - Good
Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

You can't spend time with your family. You will be far away from them. Your can just make them feel your presence by the money you send to them. Particularly it's a field job within a avg span of 400 kms. No proper stay will be provided. You can have food from outside. Even if you are at home on leave, you can be called over phone or you will be typing some reports or finding some part numbers of the machines....Read More
