Job security is nice in railway Electrification Account department but there is some issues that they can't afford me a good salary and not afford also to gave me a Time period salary base thats why I droped there tender contract job . Otherwise job skills is good

I doesn't like there salary period time there is no punctual time period in salary base and they not required my salary cut of provident funt in my UID Account

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
