Work life balance is excellent. Appraisal and variable payout do not happen on time. Job security is dependent on your position and campaign the hiring has happened for and your overall performance too.

Horrible work culture. No timings and you have to work even on Sundays and public holidays. And also should be available over a call when you are on leave. Variable pay is worst. They don't pay single penny even if you meet standards. No appraisals and timely payment. They simple terminate the employees with out proper reason .

Quite frankly the rot starts all the way at the top, with some absolutely awful personalities with serious s*xual offences and pending POSH cases who possess the strongest superiority complexes known to mankind. This is not a woman and intellect-friendly organisation. RUN!

1.) No work life balance. You are 24*7. Managers call you at 3-4 am also for work. 2.) HR is very incompetent and functions without an HR degree. 3.) The leadership team believes in hierarchy and gives you any kind of work 4.) They put employees in hotels for months. 5.) Salaries and reimbursements are not given on time. 6.)
