If you're a woman, then you're not welcome in IOCL, particularly in the production department. They're providing apprenticeship training to women class in the production sector, but, surprisingly, they don't provide a single job opportunity for them. What is the use of giving training if you can't offer employment? They speak highlyof women's empowerment but have failed to empower them in reality....Read More
