If you work well, you will be allotted everyone's responsibility. work distribution is unnecessarily poor. There is a huge variation in salary along the same position. Our seniors are under paid and are always frustrated comparing our salary. This company is never to stay just join for another hike. HR policies are worse than outsources manpower agencies.
