The Institute has potential to be an state of the art hospital catering to specialized liver and digestive care. There is no marketing strategy adopted by the hospital, instead they only survive on the word of mouth and references from patient to patient.

Dislikes

There is no Human Resource Department. No formal induction/training programme for fresh joinees. Freshers will join as a trainee on probation for 6 month but it will take more than a year to be permanent, and that also for just an in-hand less than 1 lakh p.a salary. Less to none growth opportunity.
