She is not ready to listen the point of view of other person and believe on the words of one team member only. Biased in nature always give favoursim to one team member. Policies and Management are put in place to promote boot lickers or side pieces, take undue advantage of a hard working employee and as it is time to enhance pay or other perks they are thrown away to dogs of HOD's. If you are looking for a cover up for CSW please go ahead and join this company otherwise steer clear.

Toxic working environment, almost like you are some daughter in law who will be never good enough hence needed to be put down every time they see you. No HOD is concern with work.
