The worst organisation I have ever worked with... They have developed such a cultural wherein they are never open to ideas, u just need to be keep quite and follow the crowd else you will be in trouble , specially in quality Team, that lady is the worst team leader I have ever worked with , you need to blindly follow her else she will make your life hell , she will not leave a single opportunity to defame you in front of higher management, Thank god I left on time and did not waste my time there anymore .. i have worked in quality Team and my experience have been the worst ever..
