My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. I always believed and still believe that Indian Dental Association can become an excellent organization. However, the senior leadership is completely void of vision and clueless. The association works like a government office which offers no room for an employee to grow and improve the company, even if they want to. The H.o.Ds themselves have no idea how they want to lead their department which clearly indicates the acquisition skills of the HR. Oh, BTW there is no HR. The I.T. department is full of people who have fewer skills than a local cyber cafe person. They copy paste other website's source codes to create theirs. In a nutshell, if you are looking for a career growth, good salary, and nice work environment - do not associate with them....Read More
