Word load is very high. You have to spend day n night but still people doesn't recognise that effort. They provide such task which is not useful for your career. I don't know how I spend my 4.5 year . I spend due to COVID pandemic. They play with appraisal in such a way that you can't resign what you thought. And always forgot about your Growth and Hoke from this company.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
