Toxic work environment, unhealthy competition amongst team members (no team spirit and cooperation discouraged), unnecessary rules and regulations, no encouragement, no appraisal policy, unceremonious transfer from departments and job responsibilities, wrong recruitment (presence of mentally ill employees at pivotal positions), poor leadership and management.

No young generation will stay here due to such people. Everybody in the office is simply disgusted with him. Torturous environment.
