IAF is an excellent organization. I was blessed to be associated with it. Wherever I had been, I came across excellent team to work with. As the head of legal section I always encouraged discussion. Everyone was given ample opportunity to express his/her views. Comradeship was always maintained, thus mutual respect became 'sine qua non'. Though there is job security, but everyday is a challenge. There is tremendous job satisfaction in the IAF. Work culture is excellent.One has to experience to believe it. Apprisal issues are also stremlined, however, in my opinion, it requires fine tuning. There is no politics as such in IAF. There is lots of scope for learning, innovation etc....Read More

Because of piramid structure, a few deserving officers are deprived of their promotion. They should be compensated in any other form by the organization.

Incharge of Aircraft support ing vehicle. Asst. Legal Advisor, looking all types litigation, Department inquiry and RTI of department. Attending court case in HC, AFT, CAT, filing timely reply statment and SLP in suprim court and all lower court .
