I loved to serve in Indian Air Force , I dedicated my 18 years of glorious years . The job security is provided by the defense sector is excellent in all the respects. In spite of this it also provides Pension for the individual through out his life spam . It is really nice , it also provides facility like medicals , canteen and other allied services also like scholarship , exservicemen quota to its veterens . The company provides good skill developments to all its individuals . Work life is balanced as it supports the logo " Family First Mission Always ". Dislikes

I think this company lacks in providing me proper work satisfaction as it depends on the commanders wishes in spite of the individuals freedom and thinking . It also lacks me to provide me further promotion in spite of the lengh of service . The work life experience is okay in spite of being good . Else satisfactory .
