Very good organization for family, excellent environment for dependent, specially for education and living standards.

Dislikes

Non tech personnel looks technical personnel inferior, at every step technical people face problem. In my opinion non tech people should be remusterd in tech trade for better future option. Technical people also get option to change his trade from tech to non tech. So that everyone should get chance for X payment.
