It makes you a complete man. You can learn many things can play any sports. Become a combat pro exciting things to opt for. Apart from being a technician u serve for your country and paid a handsome salary, free medical services and canteen services. Your whole family is looked after very well. And when retired u get all the benefits and pension etc.

Dislikes

Only thing which bothers you is u can be posted anywhere in India or as per ur Trade propheciency even abroad. Chances to get a home town posting are very slim.

It's very demanding specially for first five years.

Except frequent transfers every other thing is just amazing.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
