Resturant is good but the work culture is very bad there is nobody to care your health and family. There management was dictators they have no values for junior staffs . This is not only my view but all team have same thinking but nobody talk no it's face

I lost my in June but I have to warred in June because I understand the situation but now the our company call other employees to work but not me I was still not working .

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
