Job is overall good for housewives but this freelance wants work to be done regularly, no holiday no week off nothing. If u r ill & not able to complete the leads that are said to complete in a week then u will be fired. So job security is nil. U can have a free day but u have to complete the target leads.

your calls get audit by the auditors for the incentives. but auditors most of the time do not audit call properly.i haf to write lot of emails in order to get the correct audit reports.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
