The work culture in the company is very good. Company provides good growth & learning opportunities. There is one HR policy where employees who are hired from campus gets an extra hike of 10% on their work anniversaries. Other than that, the work-life balance is also good. Exponential learning curve for freshers. Some teams work on latest tech stack. On-time salary. Job security (they didn't fired anyone during covid despite company being in loss). Some teams work on outdated tech stack. Lack of senior engineers who can help freshers in KT. Impressive CTC for new joiners but not for existing employees. In fact, existing experienced folks are paid much less than freshers. No goodies/incentives/laptop to employees. Work life balance varies from team to team but most developers complain about too much work load. Illogical cut off (85+% in 10th & 12th) bar for freshers due to which many excellent and outstanding developers miss out.
