India bulls company was good but last few years zero % job security ,when construction work was over suddenly company dismiss employed from the job .why??????? we did our work seriously to increase company growth and when company work was over ,company within one day dismiss the employed, wee also have family suddenly you dismiss the employed how should we servive , i think that type job security company gave to us . I think management level people (higher authority ) did work was only save their job n dismiss lower level employed when work was over. I think market up and down was the part of business when company got the lots of success years ago what company gaves to employed, nothing . anyways first you improve company policies, job securities then after do this nonsense things . pls forward this reply to indiabulls mangement....Read More
