It is actually a terrible company which at the end came out as more than terrible as it fired like thousands of employees just ny calling on whatsapp and people now in lockdown have nowhere to go. They didnt even think once how much employees have given to this company.

They do not have any type of career growth program or higher management do not think any of the career growth for their employes. Pathetic organisation!!

Nothing is good there. whole upper management is corrupt and useless .

I worked there 2&1/2 year. I do not see any single salary increment of any staff and not even promotion. Only corrupt and useless peoples can stay with IHFL.
