Teammates are horrible, not suitable for girls. They don't consider girls as the part of their team, lots and lots of politics.

My teammates and reporting manager were good enough that I learnt the entire process easily but it is not the case with people of other branches.

Dislikes

No job security, No appraisals,Not a good culture overall.

Even in the worst phase of business, the company stuck to the commitment made to its employees and did whatever it can to make them feel safe. The culture is very good. We have a very happy and flexible working environment. Do your work on time and enjoy the freedom. A few managers are pathetic. Some unnecessary workload will be given and a few people have a very very high ego here. They are difficult to tolerate, but I believe it's common in almost all corporates....Read More

Dislikes

The process is very very slow, be it any HR process or a business process. It checks your patience well. The worst part is no one wants to improve. The company is highly biased towards a particular department (prefer not mentioning it), the other department take the blame always. A few managers, specially my reporting manager cannot be more worse. You cannot expect any appreciation of any sort, but surely you will get to hear if you make a mistake....Read More

Compensation is above industry standards.

Dislikes

The above mentioned parameters are enough reasons to justify my opinion. Bosses are full egos, they don't care about work life balance, you have to cancel on your plans every now and then. Work culture is non existent. Top management is blindfolded and doesn't care about prevailing working conditions.

The Senior Managers are very helpful and Co-operative. All the other departments are helping each other to grow the Company.

Dislikes

Office hours are extended beyond specific time. working on Holidays as well on demand.
