The process is very very slow, be it any HR process or a business process. It checks your patience well. The worst part is no one wants to improve. The company is highly biased towards a particular department (prefer not mentioning it), the other department take the blame always. A few managers, specially my reporting manager cannot be more worse. You cannot expect any appreciation of any sort, but surely you will get to hear if you make a mistake....Read More

I work here as a Credit Manager into underwriting of Home Loans. The work gets hectic during month end period.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Compensation is above industry standards.

Dislikes

The above mentioned parameters are enough reasons to justify my opinion. Bosses are full egos, they don't care about work life balance, you have to cancel on your plans every now and then. Work culture is non existent. Top management is blindfolded and doesn't care about prevailing working conditions.
