Company is really good only if you wants to switch your job and increase your salary, they pays good. That's only good thing.

Toxic culture, no work life balance, always opens on every gazetted holiday, every Saturday , Sunday. Closing always extend to 3-4 day of next month. Upper management is also very bad. They can increase customer roi anytime without any specific reason. File disbursement of the month starts on 30-31 of the month , till that no Disb happens. They also treat credit managers like Cpa.
