This is not a company. It is a school and here lots of Headmasters. No work culture. No personal life. No job security. Specifically in creative department.

Old people old thinking. No growth.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
