The only thing I liked about the company was that even the seniormost anchors in the channel are very down to earth and professional. They encourage young talent and working with them is a privilege.

Improper office hours, irregular offs, the managers say things like physicall illness can be cured by being in a good state of mind, just to deny leave, generally the team itself doesn't encourage talent, people from other teams on the other hand are more likely to appreciate you
