It is a organization where working environment is very good means systematic,on time salary always, on time supplier payment always.

Dislikes

Employee benefits related to the development is not enough, need to increase more like annual picnic, annual get to gather, sports activities etc which not only make fit to the employees but also make strength between all employees relationship.

Work Details

Over all very good, learn lotes of thing about Japanese culture, but some where found not on good position in 10 years.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
