Seniors are cooperative if you work properly, never interference in your work and just do the work as they say. Keep working until night. you are good if you do their work else you known,

Working long hours, such as 12 to 13 hour daily is common, You receive good and important task if you have connection with HOD or Senior Managers, otherwise they assign less meaningful task that hold little importance in the industry. Your connections play a crucial role in your skill development. If you leave the company before November you are required to return any received bonuses. The notice period is three months. and no exceptions are made. Opportunities for growth and learning are limited. No Leaves are granted and Pending leave days are not compensated with cash.
