Don't believe the company they will not give you leads as per commitment and after that they will ask you to put resignation of your own and leave and FNF is also not cleared after 75 days please guys don't fall in prey of this startups

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
