Career growth is slow. Valuation of hard work is not satisfactorily.

Work Details

Responsible regarding Accounts Payable management . SAP FICO , FI,SAP MM entry with vendors invoice processing .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
