Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Nothing politics fraud they have incorporated a company medzsoft solutions pvt ltd kapil and dolly sabbarwal were its guardian didn't pay a single penny for five months wound up in no time training me khana bhi complain p mila bhai company is under trial in court of law and national company law tribunal chandigarh bench

1. No salary they have not given salary from.5 month to any employee . 2. Extreme pressure to work without payment . 3.fraud director rajendra .And his assistants dolly and kapil sabbharwal . Badi badi baate karenge bas 4.
