Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing politics fraud they have incorporated a company medzsoft solutions pvt ltd kapil and dolly sabbarwal were its guardian didn't pay a single penny for five months wound up in no time training me khana bhi complain p mila bhai company is under trial in court of law and national company law tribunal chandigarh bench

1. No salary they have not given salary from.5 month to any employee . 2. Extreme pressure to work without payment . 3.fraud director rajendra .And his assistants dolly and kapil sabbharwal . Badi badi baate karenge bas 4. Can wind up company give payment to higher or senior managers Low and middle will not get even a single penny . 5.totally fraud company My earnest request to every1 not to join this company
