THE WORKER UNION IS CONTROLLING THE COMPLETE MANAGEMENT WHEREAS THEY ARE JUST 10% OF TOTAL WORKFORCE.

Dislikes

It is one of the biggest harassment centre in the NCR. Also there are no ethics of Management specially HR is Pathetic. They even doesn't know the meaning of HR. everything is driven by individual wishes and there is no defined system. No matter how long you been working in this company, the moment you resign they treat you like enemy. There are certain employees who are working since start of plant and they do not let any new person settle down as they are not putting correct data in front of top management and that is why they have made a monopoly kind of environment. This company cannot grow until and unless these old goons are kicked out. Employee welfare is a very hazy term in this company. I will never suggest anyone to join this company....Read More
