Though I struggled a bit in the beginning but with the support of my team leader and team members I got to learn a lot and excel in my career. I got promoted several times in my tenure there. Excellent work culture and very supportive higher management.

India Infotech has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day and sometimes late in the night. Also, there is no-on job training for freshers, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Learning and knowledge is bound to happen. Overall work culture is good, but still things need a lot of improvement. Job security is there if you are performing your duties properly.

Dislikes

Unstructured atmosphere. Initiatives must be taken for building teams and hence activities are required. Management approach needs to change.

If you join this place, learning and knowledge transfer is bound to happen at India Infotech (but all things of a job don't go with only one aspect, other aspects should also be in place). Management - It needs more professionalism at all levels and in all areas. Hardest part of the job - No Paid Leaves - which directly and indirectly pressurizes you to come daily and in turn leads to burnout. Work life balance gets tweaked.
