As an NGO our employment depends on projects incoming. with out projects our job will not be there. However work with alliance is a good experience which i ever had.

An absolute terrible place to go work. There are no increments, learning opportunities and the top leadership is literally dictatorship. It’s a cocoon, if you like the warmth and doesn’t bother to expand your wings then it’s the right place, otherwise, worst decision of your life. Tried and tested for over an year!

Dislikes

Micromanagement, Lack of creative freedom and resources, Autocratic and no empathy. There is absolute zero work life balance and it’s a thankless place to be.
