I am fortunate to work with India Health Action Health as the organization is committed to work in U.P. health scenario. Having a large volume of staff, it is good to handle such a big team.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Remuneration is little lower side for the employees like us. The work pressure is very high. Each and every day working more than 10-12 hours and also on weekly off days. It is very difficult to manage family and work life some times.

Work Details

My work is quite challenging as mostly, I have to look after travel desk for such a huge volume of staff. Program staff many times not send their request on time that causes big pain while processing the bills.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
