IHAT is a very good place to work with various cultural people. Overall experience is excellent but working with IHAT means your personal life will not be much happening due to its sudden requirement and long working hours. Also, staffs are very supportive and understanding. Top management are very easy to reach for discussing the problem.

Dislikes

Being my first job I haven't found a problem during my tenure.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
