Approachable culture also women driven organisation. Good place for new comers to learn HR policies good for female and male staff Mediclaim policies are good Work life balence great Within the organisation transfers are possible and HR supports

Increment is very less and remuneration is far less than industry standard. Deals in one product so scope of learning declines after some time. Literally everything is governed by HR so it can sometimes effect your appraisal standard

It was good experience of 3years the work environment is hostile and seniors are empathetic towards your issues.most importantly it is a closely knit organisation so scope of learning from other department becomes much easier and convenient access to more learning . Salary and perks are decent depends on grades and years of experience.you can have great work life balance

Since company deals in one product so scope of learning is limited to one arena. Business heads don't promote juniors for better increments

Since it was a small organisation, your work was reviewed and recognized by the Vice President. My profile required to interact with the CEO and director of the company to review on the cash disbursement to be made. These two were the only positives in the company.

Dislikes

The culture of the company was unprofessional. The language command of the managers and relationship on office floor was not maintained on a professional manner.
