I am Ajit Adake based at Aurangabad(MH) worked from Feb-22 to Jan-23. Maharashtra State head Mr. Jugal's totally depends on the Non Trade Head instructions (His subordinate), he is not interested to Promote Trade Sales (Channel Sales). Company has provided Prerequisites like vehicle and cabines to the Incharges but state head manipulate the things, he used partiality between trade and non trade segment. He not believe you, he always speaks to the employees under the direct subordinate. Over all management is serious about the Trade Sales but due to passiv attitude of state head and his approach suffer the down the line employees. Suggested not to join for trade sales segment at Rest of Maharashtra region.(ROM)...Read More
