As a Fresher i learned alot about Mining and Cement manufacturing process after joining in this company.Especially my HOD always encouraged me to Learn from the Base which helped me to know more about other department works also. I've statutorily gained enough knowledge and can handle Liaisoning work independently.

Dislikes

Company needs to think about adapting new technology for better output and giving more chances to young engineers to prove their talent.
