They have a great work culture. No one works after 5 PM. The CMD believes that id you can not complete your job in 8 hrs, then you are not competent. They have great leave policy also. The CMD himself interacts with everyone. They also provide free accommodation inside campus.

Dislikes

There is some occupational hazard due to the production process of carbon. They dont give you medical insurance. The salary is also lower if compared to other equivalent positions of other industries.
