Since I have joined, in my team, i am not happy with the projects they have assigned. Even though they know I am not from core pharma, quite often they are putting me in complex pharma work. My domain is totally different and I am wondering why they have hired me. Whosoever is from Indegene, pls help me to get a Lil simpler project. Current project is taking more than 12-14 hours a day, taking toll on health and psychological well-being. Terrible pay! This applies to employees from lower bands who are hired under extremely low CTC. This is to be noted that the work given to these employees are no less than anyone else in a senior band level. The appraisal season gets delayed most times citing company isn't doing that well. And when it happens, it's practically nothing. It hardly covers the commute expenses to the office. No cabs by the way. They need to understand that it's essential to appreciate employees especially from Band A levels since these are the folks doing most of the grunt work.
