It was a nice place when I joined sadly in a few months I started realizing that it was not a place to stay long term.

Failed strategies Unhappy teams and demotivating environment Impulsive and temperamental and biased and self absorbed co-founders Partial Managers Extremally low salaries and low hikes along with no job security for the past year - lot of lay offs when they are done with the person ThePolicies and Culture is a sham - once you spend time you can see it. Mental wellness program added but behaviors are only having more and more negative effect especially from department heads and co founders. So, good decision to shut it down, because no one is going to change. They have no money, no profits and no business sense to get past this time without harming their employees - so they lay off so many for their own money squandering blunders and they will move on to burn out the rest for their own selfish gains....Read More

Nothing as such. The culture is utterly poor. There are hardly any activities or any group gatherings initiated. Its always about just work and work. Then there is 0 job security. you can be fired anytime even without any prior notice inspite of having good performance. Company would just call it as funding issues. The whole company runs on lies as the CEO's keep feeding employees with false facts and wrong information about the company's situation. The employers don't believe in work life balance so forget that. Ultimately its just a business to earn money so they hardly value their employees....Read More

Working environment was good that you could peacefully sit in the office and do your work. You get lunch and snacks which is decent quality. Ultimately a good place to self learn in peace and then just move on to a better place.
