Well as of only that it is a product base company,

work culture, Biased management. horrible work environment. management plays favouritism with marathis and non- marathis. Good employees can never survive here. Pune team is filled with Directors relatives, freshers who doesn't even know how to speak. In one team only one person is capable of doing the work and he/she isn't allowed to go home by 9pm or take leaves, even if he/she is sick otherwise other team members are on off also because their wives bua has fallen ill (What a joy!). Both the directors are IITians, who themselves has never worked under any management and they take pleasure in insulting people who are working for them for years and more than 12 hours a day without any compensation for that. they have announced they will not hire Women candidates as they will not be working on weekends (WOW!), wherein their policy they have fixed sat-sun off. the list goes on......Read More

It all depends upon your reporting manager, you are burdened with targets even in off season and therefore your seniors will keep on calling you at odd hours and asking for target, if you fail to achieve they will force you to resign... You cannot work independently here and there is a lack of cooperation in between teams which leads to a lot of delay in work..

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
